About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Securities Operations Product and Strategic Delivery.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Operations knowledge and experience in Securities Operations / Broker Dealer processes, including exposure to Securities Processing platforms and applications like Broadridge or DTCC.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end to end trade lifecycle workflows, operational touchpoints, and control frameworks.
  • Diverse background across Operations, Project / Program Management, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to large scale transformation initiatives, including operating model enhancements and platform or process modernization.
  • Experience working with Operations leadership, Technology teams, and support functions to assess regulatory, industry, and internal obligations, and translating them into executable delivery plans.
  • Experience in scope definition, business case development, and risk analysis, including identification of operational and execution risks.
  • Provide leadership in managing stakeholder relationships and driving execution of programs, services, and initiatives with global, cross functional business partners.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across regions, ensuring clarity of objectives, progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence decision-making across teams and leadership levels.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving in complex operational environments.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic global organization.
  • Advanced organizational skills, with high attention to detail, diligence, and accuracy.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating concise, executive-level communications for senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule 3 days in office, 2 days remote
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
