Wholesale Operations Manager
This is a unique, cross-functional role that sits at the center of wholesale operations, sales support, systems administration, product coordination, reporting, and internal communication. The Wholesale Operations Manager serves as a key operational partner to wholesale leadership and acts as the connective tissue between sales, warehouse, inventory, accounting, product, compliance, analytics, and external support teams.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, systems-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating structure in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day wholesale operations and ensure priorities move forward across internal teams.
- Serve as the central communication hub between wholesale leadership, sales, warehouse, inventory, accounting, product, compliance, and analytics.
- Support wholesale systems, reporting, catalog maintenance, order workflows, and operational troubleshooting.
- Coordinate product launches, inventory updates, store locator maintenance, and sales enablement resources.
- Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, training materials, and internal documentation that support team consistency and scalability.
- Support wholesale team growth through new hire onboarding, recruiting coordination, and process development
- Experience in wholesale operations, sales operations, CPG, beverage, cannabis/hemp, distribution, or a related fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working across platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, inventory systems, reporting tools, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Canva, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, systems, and stakeholders at once.
- Experience creating reports, SOPs, trackers, training materials, and process documentation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot issues, identify process gaps, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
