 The Wholesale Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives with primary responsibility for managing the co-op marketing program and wholesale marketing support. This role partners closely with the wholesale sales teamfinance, creative, and wholesale accounts to ensure marketing funds are administered accurately, campaigns align with brand standards, and partner marketing programs are executed successfully. 

This role will also serve as a key operational partner to the Corporate Marketing team, the Wholesale Marketing coordinator oversees project execution, asset distribution, season launch support, and retailer-facing tools and communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. 

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:   

  • Manage the wholesale co-op marketing program, including requests, approvals, budget tracking, reimbursements, and reporting. 
  • Ensure all co-op submissions and retailer marketing initiatives align with brand standards and program guidelines. 
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for wholesale partners, providing timely support and fostering strong account relationships. 
  • Build, Manage and Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, retailer events, signage programs, and promotional initiatives. 
  • Manage marketing assets, sales tools, and creative materials to wholesale accounts and internal stakeholders. 
  • Build and manage monthly communications for wholesale partners. 
  • Process and track ambassadors, Friends of the Brand, media, and VIP gifting requests, ensuring accurate order management and fulfillment. 
  • Coordinate marketing orders from planning through fulfillment, partnering with Distribution Center, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines. 
  • Monitor and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and key departmental milestones. 
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation to support marketing operations and reporting. 
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across all marketing support and fulfillment activities. 

 

COMPETENCIES: 

  • Proficient in company’s Order Management Systems such as Blue Cherry and Softeon   
  • Skilled with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office 
  • Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills   
  • Sense of urgency with extreme attention to detail  
  • Organized and proficient in prioritizing   
  • Effective at working in a team environment, yet able to work independently as needed   
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently   

 

DESIREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferred   
  • 2 + years of experience with marketing 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills  
  • Enjoyment of daily problem-solving
