Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Drive planning and translating business goals into actionable features and user stories and backlog
  • Partner closely with CX, UX design, authoring and development teams to drive delivery
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive benchmarks to inform product strategy
  • Ensure all digital experiences meet accessibility, compliance and brand standards
  • Continuously seeking effectiveness and efficiency opportunities

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for execution
  • 5+ years of hands-on web marketing and/or digital delivery experience in a matrixed environment
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, user journeys and web best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver value
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe stack (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Customer Data Platform, Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Experience Manager, DAM, Target, Workfront)
  • Experience working with onshore, offshore and remote resources

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $107,300 - $142,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
