We're looking for a talented and experienced Website Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our online presence and drive lead generation by fully owning our website's content and technical operations.
You'll be the central point of contact for all web initiatives, ensuring our site is a powerful asset for growth, lead generation, and brand building. You will be responsible for the website's technical performance, security, and user experience, while also managing all web projects and content updates.
This is a remote role based in the US, on the Eastern time zone.
The role
As our Website Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things web, responsible for translating marketing and business strategies into engaging online experiences. You will manage the entire website lifecycle—from strategy and development to maintenance and optimization. You’ll be the key liaison between the marketing and web development teams, ensuring our website is a high-performing engine for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Strategy & Management: Own the website roadmap and strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business and marketing goals.
- Technical Operations: Manage the website's technical performance, including speed, uptime, and security. Ensure the site is reliable, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Project Management: Lead and manage all web projects, from new feature rollouts to design changes. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Content & UX: Manage all website content updates and work with the marketing team to improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor website performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports to the growth and marketing teams on key metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between marketing, design, and web development, translating business needs into technical requirements.
The ideal candidate
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in web management, web development, or a similar role. You’ve built websites before (and not just ecommerce).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with builder.io, Webflow and VueJS is a plus.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing web projects from conception to launch, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align the website with broader business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company and familiarity with growth marketing principles definitely a plus.
Why Push?
-> Work with a passionate, mission-driven team building the future of SaaS security.
-> Flexible, remote-first work environment.
-> Competitive compensation and equity package.
-> Opportunities for growth in a fast-scaling startup.
