Leads the Small Commercial Product AI investment roadmap from intake and prioritization through execution, adoption, and performance measurement. Coordinates cross-functional AI initiatives, manages portfolio dependencies and risks, partners with Product, Data Science, Technology, and AI enablement teams, supports responsible AI governance, and champions adoption of AI tools. The role requires program management expertise, business and technical fluency, strong influencing skills, and knowledge of insurance product, pricing, underwriting, and predictive modeling.

Handle inbound calls and warm leads, assess customers’ insurance needs, recommend appropriate property and casualty products, and convert prospects into policyholders. Representatives receive paid training and licensing support, manage customer interactions professionally, and meet sales goals through persuasive, customer-focused communication. The role is remote, requires a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day, and includes maintaining a dedicated workspace with wired high-speed internet.

Supports broad-reach paid media and integrated marketing campaigns across television, streaming video and audio, radio, and podcasts. Responsibilities include analyzing channel performance, recommending optimizations, monitoring digital marketing results, managing budgets and pacing, handling invoicing, building tracking assets, supporting campaign planning and launches, conducting competitive analysis, and presenting performance insights. The role collaborates with internal teams and external agency partners.
