This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Website Designer/Developer to join their team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. They operate within the commercial real estate and creative services space and have expanded their digital presence in recent years by delivering high-performing, conversion-focused websites for growing brands.
This role is highly technical and execution-focused. The ideal candidate is a hands-on website designer with strong development skills, particularly in WordPress and CMS-based environments. Design matters, but technical capability is the top priority. This person should be comfortable building, maintaining, and improving websites that are functional, scalable, and visually aligned with brand standards.
Design, build, and maintain WordPress-based websites and CMS-driven platforms
Implement custom layouts, templates, and page structures with strong technical execution
Manage CMS integrations and ensure seamless functionality across site components
Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and usability
Collaborate with internal teams to translate design requirements into functional websites
Troubleshoot technical issues and apply timely fixes
Ensure websites follow best practices for structure, performance, and maintainability
Requirements
Strong technical experience building and managing WordPress websites
Proven ability to work with CMS integrations and site configurations
Solid understanding of website architecture, performance, and responsiveness
Ability to independently handle technical website tasks end to end
Experience balancing design execution with technical requirements
Professional experience as a Website Designer, Web Developer, or similar role
Demonstrated portfolio of WordPress or CMS-based websites
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
