Sprout Social is looking to hire a Website and Growth Strategy Manager to the Marketing team. This role sits within the Website Strategy Team and serves as a key strategic leader bridging Marketing and the Growth Product organization. You will define and drive the strategy for connecting website acquisition to product activation, shaping a seamless, data-driven user journey that supports Sprout’s transition to a Product-Led Growth (PLG) model.

What you’ll do
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary conduit between Marketing and Growth Product, aligning strategies, priorities, and execution across teams.
- Web-to-Product Strategy Ownership: Define and drive the strategy for critical handoff moments from website to product, including segmentation, routing, and conversion optimization ensuring a cohesive visual and user experience (UX) framework across public-facing web properties and the in-app onboarding environment.
- Data & Platform Strategy: Lead the vision for integrating marketing intent data with product usage data, enabling a unified view of the customer and powering personalization.
- Self-Service & Segmentation Strategy: Architect scalable web pathways for different buyer segments, balancing self-service growth with enterprise routing.
- Lifecycle Strategy Partnership: Define segmentation and behavioral frameworks that power lifecycle marketing and in-product experiences.
- Full-Funnel Impact Ownership: Establish and drive reporting frameworks that connect upstream acquisition to downstream activation, PQLs, and revenue impact.
What you’ll bring
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning strategy in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or self-service growth environment.
- Strong technical fluency across marketing, product, and data platforms (e.g., AEP, Adobe CJA/Target, Salesforce, MixPanel, Pendo, Redshift)
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Track record of driving measurable impact across complex, multi-stage funnels.
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Deep expertise in architecting and optimizing "Plan Picker" logic, dynamic B2B pricing pages, stepped sign-up flows, and self-service routing models.
- Familiarity with defining data requirements, field mapping, or data schemas to pass web intent/marketing data into corporate data warehouses.
- Proven track record of leveraging account-based intent data (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo) to build real-time website personalization and automated, behavioral-led journeys.
- Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and product squads to maintain a unified design language and frictionless user experience across web properties and in-app environments.

- Build relationships with Marketing, Product, and other key cross-functional partners.
- Assess the current web-to-product ecosystem and identify key gaps.
- Align stakeholders on priorities and success metrics.
Within 3 Months: Define Strategy & Deliver Early Wins
- Establish target-state strategy for web-to-product experience.
- Launch high-impact experiments and initial integration improvements.
Within 6 Months: Drive System-Level Change
- Implement unified data and segmentation frameworks.
- Deliver measurable improvements in activation and conversion.
Within 12 Months: Scale & Influence
- Establish scalable personalization and growth systems.
- Act as a strategic leader influencing PLG direction across Marketing and Product.

Our salary ranges reflect the expected earning potential for this role. Individual pay is based on geographic zone, relevant experience, and skills.
Our current hiring range for this role: $108,400.00 – $135,000.00 annually. Offers are made within this range, with opportunities to grow within the broader band based on performance and impact.
We share both our current hiring range and our broader geographic salary bands to provide transparency into our compensation philosophy. This ensures you understand not only your starting potential but also the long-term growth potential available as you progress in your role.
We have two geographic pay zones in the United States:
Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $119,300.00 – $178,900.00
Zone 2 (All other US states): $108,400.00 – $162,600.00
These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
