Our client is looking for a Web Designer (Webflow + Figma) who can transform strategic ideas into visually compelling, high-converting digital experiences. Their team operates in the digital marketing industry and has earned recognition in recent years for delivering performance-driven websites and marketing solutions for competitive sectors.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands that effective design goes beyond aesthetics. The right candidate approaches each page with a clear purpose, balancing visual creativity with business outcomes such as engagement and conversions. They will lead the full website design process, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and Webflow implementation.
In addition to websites, this professional will design marketing assets that support campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires someone who thinks in scalable systems, builds reusable frameworks, and understands how design decisions influence user behavior.
• Website Design & Development: Create responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow. Manage the entire process including wireframes, Figma mockups, and final Webflow builds.
• UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive layouts that guide users through clear navigation and encourage conversions through thoughtful hierarchy, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Digital Marketing Assets: Produce design assets such as display ads, email newsletter layouts, social media graphics, and campaign visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
• Landing Page Design: Build optimized landing pages for paid advertising campaigns. Apply conversion-focused elements such as effective CTAs, trust signals, and structured content layouts.
• Client Collaboration: Work with account managers and project leads to understand goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Present design concepts and refine work based on feedback.
• Design Systems & Scalability: Develop and maintain reusable design systems in Figma and Webflow including component libraries, typography scales, color systems, spacing frameworks, and brand guidelines.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed on design trends, Webflow platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously elevate project outcomes.
