The Web Content Writer & Producer will create blog content, manage a content calendar, produce social media assets, and collaborate on infographics while maintaining brand voice and adhering to deadlines.
About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level web content writer and producer who can move fast, write well, and publish consistently. This is a hands-on role focused on volume and quality in equal measure — you'll own the execution of blog content, social media, and supporting assets that drive awareness and move prospects through the funnel. You'll report to the Head of Commercial Operations and work closely with our designer to keep our content engine running.
What You'll Do
- Research, write, and publish funnel-oriented blog content — listicles, how-to guides, explainers, and comparison posts — directly on our website (CMS experience required)
- Produce GEO-optimized content structured for visibility in AI-generated answers and overviews (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.)
- Batch-create social media content on a regular cadence — captions, post copy, and graphics for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with our designer to develop infographics, one-pagers, and industry reports that translate complex subject matter into shareable assets
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats — authoritative, direct, and free of fear-based or alarmist framing
- Manage a content calendar and deliver on schedule without extensive oversight
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of content writing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or a technical field
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly about complex or niche subject matter for a professional audience
- Familiarity with GEO concepts and how to structure content for AI-driven discovery
- Hands-on experience publishing in a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Proficiency creating social graphics using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools
- Strong editorial instincts — you know how to write a headline that earns a click and a lede that keeps someone reading
- Comfortable working asynchronously and managing your own workload
Nice to Have
- Background or genuine interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, national security, or disinformation research
- Experience writing for government, defense, or enterprise security audiences
- Familiarity with AI content best practices, schema, or structured data
Before you submit:
- Check for spelling errors.
- Confirm that your application includes links to at least one or two published projects that demonstrate your ability to write authoritative content on complex subject matter and experience publishing content through a CMS.
We appreciate you taking the time to provide these details. We will review your responses and be in touch regarding the next steps.
