About the Role:
Our company’s logistics and delivery department is looking to add an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to perform all warehousing related activities in the greater Bend, OR location. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic in addition to sound organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for all aspects of warehousing, as well as the assembly and staging of products and stock management.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a subject matter expert for warehouse operation.
Responsible for shipping and receiving of equipment.
Responsible for ensuring security, compliance and timely deliveries.
Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and internal teams related to shipping and receiving.
Overseeing cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
Verifies and maintains records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepares items for shipping and accepts deliveries.
Prepares shipping documents and mailing labels.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet security specifications.
Performs hardware inspection as per the security inspection/receiving procedures.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Receiving, unpacking and stocking hardware and components.
Un-packaging and staging assets and components
Packaging of the tested and integrated equipment.
Managing replacement parts inventory in the warehouse.
Responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
What You’ll Need:
3+ years experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies.
Ability to work in a highly cooperative, collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skill in managing expectations and providing proactive status updates.
Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Valid driver’s license.
