VP, Solutions Marketing

Location: Palo Alto, CA or NYC (hybrid preferred); US Remote possible

Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) builds AI software that the world's top investment, law, and advisory firms use to win business, manage risk, and run profitably. The decisions our clients make and the deals they execute shape global markets. With the launch of Celeste, our agentic AI platform, we're changing how these firms operate.

As the VP of Solutions Marketing, you'll lead a team of product marketers to accelerate revenue and market share across Intapp's portfolio. The portfolio spans established applications where we are the leaders, to emerging AI products where we are building a market. The shift to agentic AI is accelerating, and how we go to market now will define our position for years to come. You'll go deep in each product category, set the GTM strategy, build the messaging, and drive the execution that enables us to win. If you thrive on changing the trajectory of a business, not just supporting it, this is your role.

This role reports to the SVP of Product Marketing.

What you will own

  • A team that drives business impact. Lead and grow a team of 7+ product marketing managers, each owning a product category end-to-end from new product launch to feature releases. Develop your team and set the bar for strategic rigor, craft, and market impact.
  • GTM strategies that grow revenue. Define and evolve go-to-market strategy for each product: market segmentation, competitive positioning, packaging, pricing, sales motions, and integrated marketing plans. Every plan ties to pipeline and revenue, not activity.
  • Narratives that shape the market. Build the messaging architecture for each product, connecting product capabilities to business outcomes that buyers care about. Craft stories that hold up in sales cycles, analyst briefings, and board conversations.
  • An ecosystem that carries the message. Partner with marketing, enablement, and sales leadership to translate strategy into consistent activation. When a seller walks into a meeting, the pitch materials, positioning, demos, and proof points are there. When marketing runs a campaign, they tell the same story your team built.
  • Market intelligence that informs decisions. Maintain a fact base on the market: buyer insights, win/loss patterns, competitive analyses. Partner with product and customer-facing teams to ensure that intelligence shapes roadmap priorities, GTM strategy, and positioning. Everything your team produces is grounded in real-world signal.

What you will need

  • 14+ years of product marketing or related experience, with a track record of exceptional achievement and revenue impact taking B2B SaaS or AI products to market.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing product marketing teams across a multi-product portfolio. You set a high bar for strategic thinking and craft, and you build teams where good people become great leaders.
  • Strong business acumen. You learn markets quickly, identify the competitive levers that matter, and see how AI reshapes an established product's market position.
  • Crisp storytelling and narrative craft. Your teams write messaging that is clear, precise, and cuts through noise. You build the story that connects a complex portfolio and make it land with senior buyers, analysts, and across your own marketing and sales organization.
  • You collaborate without waiting for consensus. You partner effectively with product, marketing, sales leadership, and executives, and you know how to move the organization forward even when not everyone agrees yet.
  • Domain expertise in financial services, private equity, investment banking, or professional services (legal, accounting, consulting) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
