Phare OS, a modular, intelligent automation platform that applies AI across the full revenue cycle, solutions include: Autonomous medical coding and CDI, Intelligent prior authorization, Denial prevention and appeals, and workflow orchestration across front- and back-end revenue cycle functions.
We are seeking a Vice President or Director of Sales to drive enterprise adoption of PhareOS across large provider organizations, including health systems and hospitals. This role will own revenue growth for gateway products across the Phare OS ecosystem. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a sales executive who thrives in ambiguity, has experience selling production-grade AI platforms into complex healthcare environments, and can personally close enterprise deals while helping to design the systems, processes, and technical messaging required to scale a category‑defining AI business.
This role is sales commission eligible with target OTE ranging from $400k-$475k+ commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business with hospitals, health systems, and large provider organizations, selling AI-powered revenue cycle platforms used in production at scale
Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from technical and clinical discovery through solution architecture, value modeling, contracting, and implementation handoff
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder AI sales cycles, engaging executives across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Compliance, Clinical Leadership, and IT/Security
Position advanced AI capabilities (e.g., autonomous workflows, human-in-the-loop systems, model governance, accuracy / precision tradeoffs, explainability, and regulatory alignment) in a way that builds executive trust and clinical confidence
Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate customer requirements, validation criteria, and regulatory constraints into sales narratives, pilots, and ROI frameworks
Help shape go-to-market strategy for new AI products and model iterations, incorporating real-world feedback on performance, adoption, and operational impact
Build repeatable, scalable sales motions, forecasting rigor, and technical enablement as the sales organization grows
Serve as a credible internal voice of the market, providing clear, analytically grounded feedback on buyer concerns, competitive dynamics, and AI adoption barriers
What You Bring
Significant experience selling AI-driven healthcare software to enterprise provider organizations (experience with ML-based, autonomous, or decision-support systems strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of how machine learning systems are commercialized in healthcare, including model performance, deployment at scale, change management, and trust
Familiarity with revenue cycle operations (coding, CDI, denials, prior auth, HIM) and how AI can meaningfully automate and augment these workflows
Ability to engage credibly with C-suite, VP, and technical stakeholders, including discussions about AI reliability, compliance, and operational impact
Highly consultative, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguous, evolving AI product roadmaps
Track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth AI, health tech, or vertical SaaS environments
