Saviynt is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations to report directly to and partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a highly strategic, hands-on role responsible for leading revenue operations and enablement while serving as a proactive advisor to the CCO.
The Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations will deliver insights, analysis, and execution plans that drive measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and scalability across our GTM organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to execute complex initiatives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Revenue Strategy
*Partner with the CCO to shape GTM strategy across Field Sales, Pre-Sales, and Channel organizations.
*Proactively deliver insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to guide CCO and ELT decision-making.
*Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements to increase ARR, win rates, and expansion.
*Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles (territories, quotas, headcount, capacity models).Own strategic frameworks like *Command of the Message & MEDDPIC to ensure utilization and optimization.
*Build and scale advanced analytics to provide visibility into performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Leading the following functions:
Revenue Operations – forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting (including Revenue Programs/ cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth).
Sales Enablement – Including Partner Enablement and Value Management.
*Own the GTM technology stack (CRM, sales engagement, forecasting tools, BI, etc.).
*Ensure systems are optimized for scalability, adoption, and automation.
*Leverage AI and automation to enhance decision-making, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
*Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting, scenario planning, compensation design, and board-level reporting.
*Drive transformation initiatives (e.g., segmentation, pricing strategy, international expansion).
*Standardize and scale processes globally to ensure consistency and efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
*12+ years in Revenue Strategy, Operations, or related GTM leadership roles for Enterprise SaaS companies.
*Prior VP or Director-level leadership managing multi-regional/global teams.
*Proven ability to influence C-level executives and board-level stakeholders.
Skills & Expertise
*Deep knowledge of SaaS/subscription business models (ARR/MRR, churn, LTV:CAC).
*Strong analytical and financial acumen, with expertise in forecasting and scenario planning.
*Hands-on experience with Salesforce, BI platforms, revenue intelligence, and forecasting tools.
*Demonstrated success leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve operational outcomes.
Leadership
*Skilled at building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing global teams.
*Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
*Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred - or equivalent experience.
*Flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work across global time zones.
