Job Description:

The VP of Revenue Marketing is the executive architect of the company’s global commercial engine. This role is responsible for the strategic integration of demand generation, field marketing, and media to drive predictable pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting to the CMO, the VP provides global oversight for the revenue marketing function, manages the global media portfolio, and serves as the primary strategic lead for the US and APAC regions. This is a senior leadership position requiring a balance of global high-level strategy and direct, hands-on regional execution.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • Operationally Disciplined: You are focused on the quality and velocity of the funnel. You treat top-of-funnel interest as a leading indicator, measuring demand through Account-Level Intent and Buying Group Engagement rather than raw lead volume. Your goal is to ensure that marketing activity doesn't just generate "noise," but creates high-value "signals" that convert predictably into pipeline.

  • Strategic Partner: You possess the executive presence to act as a co-pilot to Sales leadership and the CFO, translating marketing activity into the financial language of the board.

  • Analytical Leader: You use data to identify funnel gaps and shifts in market intent before they impact revenue performance.

  • Performance Coach: You are a dedicated mentor who scales multi-disciplinary teams and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous optimization.

  • Systems Thinker: You look at the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to expansion, ensuring marketing supports total lifetime value (LTV).

What you’ll do:

  • Global Revenue Strategy: Define and standardize the global revenue marketing framework, ensuring consistent alignment between marketing investment and sales targets across all territories and segments.

  • US & APAC Regional Leadership: Act as the primary marketing partner to the US and APAC Sales organization. You will take direct accountability for US and APAC pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and regional revenue contribution.

  • Performance Investment Strategy: Provide executive-level stewardship over the global budget. You will direct the media director and revenue marketers on the high-level deployment of capital across channels, focusing on maximizing the yield of our investment and optimizing Global Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while the media team handles tactical execution.

  • Sales-Marketing Synchronization: Partner with sales leadership to architect go-to-market (GTM) motions that eliminate operational friction and accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Account-Based Growth: Lead the global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, utilizing intent data and revenue intelligence to penetrate high-value enterprise accounts.

  • Global Team Oversight: Provide executive management and professional development for the director of revenue marketing (EMEA), digital media director, and the broader US, APAC-based demand and field teams.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Tenure: 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional organizations.

  • Regional Expertise: Proven track record of directly leading US and APAC marketing strategy while providing oversight for international markets (specifically EMEA).

  • Budget Management: Extensive experience managing significant global media and program budgets with a clear requirement for ROI and capital efficiency. These are the things that the leader is looking for on top of the below legal requirements. This will include coding language/vertical experience.

Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Salesforce, marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot), and modern intent/ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or Gong).

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • This is a remote role with a preference for ET and CT Candidates; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • We’re a blended workplace, where team members work remotely or in a hybrid setup depending on their role and location

  • We’re mission driven and guided by our culture pillars

  • We have a strong commitment to diversity and belonging
