Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Product to help drive the development and enhancement of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, employee productivity, and business process optimization with strong leadership skills to foster innovation, steer the product roadmap, optimize for the customer experience, and deliver world-class solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Drive product expansion into new markets (EU, industry-specific solutions, use-case variations)
• Define and execute pricing and packaging strategies through research and optimization
• Manage parallel roadmaps across:
• Core platform development
• Data science and insights capabilities
• Third-party integrations
• Infrastructure scalability initiatives

Product Development & Delivery
• Own the complete product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, internal approvals, release, analysis, and iteration
• Create project structure including user stories, epics, and development prioritization
• Build robust, scalable solutions in collaboration with engineering teams

Data-Driven Optimization
• Track and analyze product usage metrics
• Synthesize insights from customer and prospect feedback
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate product improvements and A/B tests
• Drive continuous optimization based on data conclusions

Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as primary liaison between business and engineering teams
• Deliver internal training and enablement programs
• Manage seamless release communications
• Handle prospect and customer product requests
• Maintain and prioritize product wishlist

Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and mentor product management team
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships across regions, business units, and technical/non-technical partners
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning engineers


Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cybersecurity or business analytics, technologies, and trends. Previous hands-on experience in cybersecurity product development is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Customer Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and solving customer problems through innovative product solutions.
• Passion for Innovation: Proven ability to push the envelope, inspire teams, and champion a relentless pursuit of the possibilities to advance the product.
