About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on product leader to drive Solera’s product strategy and execution as we scale our healthcare platform.
In this role, you will lead a small team of product managers and work closely with Engineering and executive leadership to deliver products that improve health outcomes and create measurable business value. You will help shape the product roadmap, strengthen product processes, and ensure the team is focused on solving the most impactful problems for our customers.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and evolve Solera’s product strategy and roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead product discovery efforts by clearly defining problems, success metrics, and hypotheses before committing to solutions.
- Partner closely with Engineering to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery decisions.
- Make thoughtful prioritization decisions and clearly communicate the rationale behind them.
- Identify risks early and adjust plans to maintain product quality, delivery timelines, and customer impact.
Product Operations & Team Effectiveness
- Develop and refine product operating processes that improve delivery speed, transparency, and cross-team alignment.
- Establish goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs and KPIs to connect product strategy to execution.
- Define and track operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure progress, and guide continuous improvement.
- Implement tools, workflows, and documentation that support scalable product development.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering strong product thinking and outcome-oriented execution.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Engineering, Product, and executive leadership.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly using data, examples, and measurable outcomes.
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the product organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product teams and ownership of product strategy.
- Strong healthcare experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or healthcare SaaS.
- Proven track record building and scaling products in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience working in high-growth or scaling organizations where product processes and operating models are evolving.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable customer, healthcare, and business outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing product managers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
Travel
- This is a remote position based in the U.S.
- Occasional domestic travel required (up to 10%).
