The Impact You’ll Make:- Spearhead the development and evangelization of a compelling, customer-centric product vision, grounded in a deep understanding of the evolving marketing landscape, AI-driven opportunities, and broader ecosystem dynamics.
- Drive the strategy and execution for building and launching new product lines designed to generate significant, new revenue streams and accelerate overall business growth.
- Champion the integration of AI and data-driven insights across the product portfolio to unlock transformative value for our customers and identify new market opportunities.
- Engage as a key member of the Executive Leadership team, forging strategic alignment across product, engineering and GTM functions to achieve ambitious growth targets, particularly through new product initiatives.
- Expertly navigate the complexities of an established organization, collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Technical Partnerships to innovate and deliver new products despite existing platform and technology dependencies.
- Define and champion a product strategy that identifies and capitalizes on new market opportunities, ensuring strong product-market fit and delivering recognizable impact on the company's growth trajectory.
- Cultivate a high-performing, innovative product organization through mentorship, embodying a culture of collaboration, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
- Provide executive oversight for the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, process rigor and the timely delivery of high-quality, impactful product solutions.
- 14+ years of proven experience in executive-level product leadership roles (e.g., VP, SVP, Head of Product), with 7+ years managing a team.
- Demonstrable track record of building and scaling product lines that result in significant new revenue streams and market impact.
- Deep understanding of the broader marketing ecosystem, with a visionary perspective on how AI and strategic partnerships will drive its transformation.
- Experience successfully navigating the complexities of building new products within established organizations, managing platform and technology dependencies to drive innovation.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities, able to define a long-term vision while delivering on short-term objectives and adapting to a rapidly evolving market.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in creating transformative product experiences and business models, moving beyond solely advertising optimization.
- Commitment to user-centric design and the ability to guide teams in creating intuitive and impactful product experiences.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data insights into actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire diverse cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, manage complex product portfolios, and lead large-scale strategic initiatives.
