Position Overview:
The Vice President (VP) of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our identity and fraud control products. This executive will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy across three business units, ensuring alignment with the product and commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly within the identity verification and fraud prevention sectors, and will possess exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Work closely with product management and development teams to ensure product positioning and messaging are aligned with target market needs and company vision
- GTM Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of GTM strategies for new products and services
- Pricing Partnership: Ability to partner with sales and product leadership to drive product pricing strategy
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of product marketing campaigns and programs across various channels, including online, offline, and social media and representing both product launches and market driver messaging launches
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strong partner to the product and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration on product launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Player-Coach: Embed in teams as special projects and initiatives need hands-on expertise that will improve or accelerate launches or campaigns as needed
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing initiatives in the B2B sector, preferably within identity verification and fraud controls

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Highly analytical with strong market research and competitive analysis skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings is a plus

Experience working cross functionally with sales and product leadership; ability to present at the executive leadership level
Salary Disclosure:Base Salary range: $215,000-260,000
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
