Responsibilities and Duties:

  • MVP Launch: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Project Oakmont, covering the MVP, product launch, and identification of key industry sub-segments.

  • Market Insights: Equip leadership with practical insights on market changes, competitor moves, and customer feedback to refine positioning and strategy.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Operational executive with a results-driven approach and a record of building cross-functional teams that reach or surpass goals.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic startup setting.
  • Skilled in strategic planning while being detail-oriented and adaptable when needed.
  • Expert in relationship management and networking.
  • Strong communicator.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
  • At least five years’ experience in B2B operations, partnerships, or strategic sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or the golf sector.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with aptitude for tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • Strategic mindset, proactive, entrepreneurial, and skilled at spotting and seizing new opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the golf industry, including operational and financial challenges faced by various types of course operators.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for client interactions, industry events, and exhibitions.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for golf and familiarity with golf course operations is highly desirable.
