Primary Location Pay Range: $267,835.98 - $401,753.97

- Define and drive the product strategy for CTV-first measurement solutions, including full-funnel performance tracking, audience impact, and advanced attribution.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, ad operations, and external partners to build scalable, privacy-forward measurement tools across the ad lifecycle.
- Implement modern solutions for incrementality testing, geo-lift, MMM, MTA, and clean room integrations, customized for the CTV environment.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and marketing scientists to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure measurement solutions meet the evolving needs of performance and brand advertisers.
- Stay ahead of trends in CTV ad tech and measurement to proactively identify growth opportunities and shape Universal Ads' competitive positioning.
- Represent Universal Ads in client discussions, partner engagements, and industry events-establishing thought leadership in CTV measurement.
