About Infusion Marketing Group

Infusion Marketing Group helps community financial institutions (CFIs) - credit unions and banks profitably grow using a combination of proven data assets, expert consulting, and modern cloud software. We own and operate Infusion Marketing, IntelliCredit and QwickRate, and are in the process of unifying these brands under a new identity.

Our values are Curiosity, Transparency, Partnership, and Lagniappe - always adding a little extra for clients and colleagues alike. We are an 80-person company growing to 100 in the next 18 months, and we have no intention of ballooning headcount for the sake of it. We move with purpose, invest in what works, and use automation and AI to stay lean and effective.

We serve a unique niche: relationship-driven financial institutions that don’t respond to typical digital marketing playbooks. Our clients rely on peer recommendations, live events, industry summits, and trusted thought leadership. That means we need someone who knows how to meet buyers where they are and guide them the rest of the way.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first go-to-market marketing leader to build the foundation for a high-performance marketing function. This person will be our chief storyteller and GTM strategist—responsible for shaping how our brand shows up in the market, launching new offerings, and driving smart, relationship-centric growth.  This is not a CMO role (yet), but it is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role. You’ll work closely with the CRO, CPO, and external partners to drive our upcoming brand launch and activate campaigns that scale both cross-sell and new-logo growth. You’ll be empowered to shape messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials that speak directly to the unique way community financial institutions buy and grow.

In Your First 12–18 Months, You Will:

GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings, including campaign planning, content design, and sales enablement.
  • Define messaging frameworks and positioning that resonate with CFI executives.
  • Partner with external agency to support brand identity rollout and core content (launch Jan 2026).
  • Align closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to turn strategy into execution.

Storytelling & Content Activation

  • Be the chief storyteller for our brand—owning the voice, tone, and key narratives we use with CFIs.
  • Develop field-ready messaging, thought leadership content, and campaign briefs (with help from external agency support).
  • Support internal teams in living the brand (sales decks, product one-pagers, webinars, events).

Cross-Sell and Relationship-Led Growth

  • Design campaigns and collateral that help Sales grow within our installed base (80%+ of revenue opportunity).
  • Develop ABM-style plays for new logo outreach (20% of focus), anchored in relationships, referrals, and peer credibility.

 Events Leadership & Support

  • Establish and manage a calendar of industry- and Infusion-hosted events that effectively yields new business opportunities and enhances retention of key client-relationships
  • Create and manage all assets for use at events

 Marketing Infrastructure Setup

  • Optimize use of marketing platforms (with RevOps support) to track and report on marketing-driven opportunities.
  • Establish campaign measurement, learning loops, and lead handling rules.

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

  • 6–10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, with direct experience launching products
  • Contributed to business growth of 25% YoY or greater, and are ready to walk us through how you did it
  • Experience marketing to C-suite executives in conservative industries
  • Comfort working in a lean, hands-on environment where you're not above writing copy, test campaigns, and analyze performance yourself.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Proven success supporting remote / distributed teams.
  • Data fluency—able to turn engagement metrics into action.
  • Bonus: familiarity with fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
  • Bonus: for leading or supporting a brand refresh or consolidation initiative

Why Infusion?

You will have the opportunity to influence the future of a growing company serving a deeply meaningful customer base. If you’re motivated by results, not title, and you know how to make a small team feel 10X bigger, let's talk.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary plus a full range of benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage plus flexible PTO, 401(k) match, and WFH stipend.
  • Full ownership of the roadmap—no legacy bureaucracy
  • A leadership team that values straight talk and rapid experimentation.
