Position Overview
We are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) to build and lead HighLevel’s Investor Relations function as we prepare for the next stage of growth and public company readiness. Reporting to the CFO, this executive will work in close partnership with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors to develop and execute our IR strategy, shape our external financial narrative, and serve as the primary interface with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the capital markets.
HighLevel is a fast-growing and profitable SaaS company, uniquely positioned for the scale, visibility, and discipline of public markets. This role is critical in defining and communicating our growth story, financial performance, and long-term vision with clarity, credibility, and consistency. The VP, Investor Relations, will partner across the executive team to ensure alignment of strategy and messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has already led Investor Relations at a public company and brings a strong track record of credibility with investors, analysts, and the broader Wall Street community. Initial public offering and roadshow preparation and execution experience is a significant plus.
What You’ll Do -
IR Strategy & Execution
- Build and lead HighLevel’s Investor Relations function from the ground up, ensuring it scales effectively for a public company environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IR strategy to position HighLevel with institutional investors and the sell-side analyst community.
- Drive consistent, transparent, and compelling communication of HighLevel’s business model, growth drivers, financial results, and strategic vision.
Public Company Readiness
- Partner with CFO, CEO, and Board on public company readiness, including messaging, disclosures, and analyst/investor engagement strategies.
- Establish processes for earnings preparation, guidance frameworks, and investor communications.
- Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and alignment with best-in-class IR practices, partnering with the company’s legal counsel.
Investor & Analyst Engagement
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the company with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts, ensuring credibility and trust.
- Lead investor targeting, roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
- Prepare executives for investor interactions, including earnings calls, conferences, and Board-level investor updates.
Messaging & Storytelling
- Partner with CEO, CFO, and Communications/Marketing to craft a consistent, compelling company narrative.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear and persuasive messages tailored for external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry, peer, and market trends to ensure HighLevel’s story remains differentiated and market-relevant.
Market Insights & Feedback
- Maintain a strong understanding of investor sentiment, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to the CEO, CFO, and Board on investor perceptions and market expectations.
- Leverage feedback to refine financial messaging and long-term strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- 15+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or related Finance/Communications roles.
- Proven track record leading IR at a public company; public company readiness experience strongly preferred.
- Strong credibility and relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS and usage-based business models, metrics, and financial performance drivers.
- Expertise in SEC disclosure rules, earnings processes, and IR best practices.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Executive presence with the ability to partner directly with the CEO, CFO, and Board.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to build IR infrastructure in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret financial results and translate into compelling messaging.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a passion for building long-term investor trust.
