We are seeking a seasoned executive sales leader with deep-rooted relationships in the Insurer arena to join our team as the Vice President of Insurer Sales. Reporting directly to the SVP Revenue & Strategy and working also closely with our SVP & GM Canada, this role is critical in expanding our presence and strengthening our partnerships with the Canadian insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the P&C insurance market, and the ability to drive growth by leveraging our best-in-class Connectivity, Data and AI products.

What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and develop the Insurer Sales team, setting the strategic direction to achieve growth objectives and strengthen relationships with key insurers in the Canadian market globally.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at leading insurers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to insurers, understanding their needs and positioning our connectivity, data and AI solutions to enhance their operational capabilities.
- Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, ensuring the successful adoption of our connectivity, data and AI products by insurer partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and promotion of our solutions within the insurance market.
- Market Insights & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that our products and services remain at the forefront of innovation in the Insurtech space.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the executive team, influencing product development and strategic initiatives.

- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the insurance market, with deep industry connections.
- Extensive experience in selling complex SaaS solutions, particularly within Connectivity, data analytics and AI space.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, specifically the insurer ecosystem, and the challenges and opportunities related to cloud connectivity and digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, driving both short-term results and long-term growth.
