Job Overview:

Fostering a culture of belonging is essential to the LPL Financial mission. The VP of Culture and Inclusion will play a pivotal role in advancing our organization's commitment to Inclusion and Belonging. This leader will drive the design and implementation of programs, initiatives, and services across all business units, while nurturing internal networks that champion an inclusive and cohesive workplace culture. The position is integral to ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and connecting efforts across departments to magnify collective impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, implement, and continuously improve best practices that promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Benchmark the organization's inclusion and belonging initiatives against industry leaders, recommend enhancements, and deliver workforce training to build cultural competence and inclusive working relationships.
  • Provide strategic oversight to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring their work aligns with organizational goals, measuring and reporting impact, and ensuring the sustainability of ERG programs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on inclusion, and belonging, offering insights and actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a change agent, proactively identifying and addressing adoption barriers, mitigating risks, and providing empathetic and practical leadership to support transformation.
  • Monitor external trends and leverage analytics to develop solutions that foster inclusive behaviors and enhance cross-cultural competence.
  • Ensure that communications regarding inclusion, and belonging initiatives are on-brand, strategic, and effectively convey the organization's vision and commitment.
  • Advocate for the organization's inclusion and belonging vision, communicating with clarity, sensitivity, and influence to build understanding and commitment at all levels.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or key contributor role driving culture, inclusion, or belonging initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated excellence in presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire others through influence, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging at all levels.
  • Experience executing strategic and programmatic initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders and business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Deep knowledge of employment regulations and best practices in inclusion and belonging.

Pay Range:

$122,888-$204,813/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
