What will you be doing?

We are seeking a senior leader to redefine and scale how products are attributed globally across channels, platforms, and markets.  This role will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a modern attribution framework, bringing rigor, transparency, and consistency to how value is measured and assigned.

This person will operate at the intersection of data science, product, analytics, and commercial strategy, partnering closely with, engineering, marketing, finance and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has built or operated best-in-class attribution systems at scale, understands the realities of imperfect data, and can translate complex measurement into actionable business outcomes.

Why This Role Matters

This is a foundational role with visibility and influence across the organization. The person in this position will shape how value is understood, investments are made, and performance is evaluated-globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and lead a global attribution strategy for manufacturer and private label items across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Establish a clear attribution philosophy aligned to business goals
  • Identify gaps in current attribution approaches and design scalable solutions to address them

Product & Data Leadership:

  • Own attribution as a data product: roadmap, requirements, success metrics and adoption
  • Partner with data science, product management and engineering to design and implement robust attribution models
  • Evaluate and integrate data sources (CRM, media platforms, app data, retail data etc)
  • Ensure attribution outputs are explainable, trustworthy and decision-ready

Cross-Functional Influence:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturer partners to align on measurement needs
  • Translate complex attribution results into clear insights for executive and commercial teams
  • Set standards and best practices for attribution usage globally

Governance & Scale:

  • Establish global frameworks, documentation, and guardrails for attribution methodology
  • Drive consistency while allowing for market-level nuance
  • Ensure data-quality, compliance, and privacy considerations are embedded in all solutions

What Success Looks Like

  • A unified, scalable attribution framework adopted globally
  • Increased confidence and consistency in how manufacturer impact is measured
  • Faster, better-informed decisions driven by clear attribution insights
  • Strong cross-functional trust in attribution outputs

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in attribution, measurement, analytics, or data product leadership
  • Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution, marketing measurement, or performance analytics at scale
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact transformation initiatives
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex settings while maintaining focus on stability and efficiency.
  • Other Requirements:  Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%).
