Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP, Head of Sales to oversee commercial growth across the US and LATAM regions.

This role will be responsible for leading regional sales and business development activities, refining our go-to-market approach, and strengthening partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, driving both organizational growth and sustainable customer relationships in a rapidly evolving market.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and oversee regional sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
    • Partner with sales leaders and account executives to structure, guide, and win complex enterprise deals,  from strategy and positioning to negotiation support and executive alignment.
    • Build scalable processes and playbooks that empower the sales team to consistently achieve revenue goals.
  • Sales Organization & Structure
    • Strengthen the current sales organization and establish scalable systems for predictable pipeline generation.
    • Drive team alignment through clear performance metrics, consistent coaching, and effective communication across functions.
  • Business Development & Partnerships
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and channel networks to accelerate market reach.
    • Build trusted relationships with KOLs and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Commercial Operations
    • Lead data-driven sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
    • Ensure accurate visibility and performance tracking across all sales activities.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Define clear goals, foster a high-performance culture, and coach team members for growth.
    • Collaborate with global teams to align strategy and represent AIRS Medical at major industry events.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in healthcare, medtech, and/or AI/software.
  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales and commercial leadership, covering both new business and account growth.
  • Experience in both startup and corporate environments, balancing agility with structure.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in building and scaling teams or sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with KOLs and strategic partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Experiences (Good to Have)
  • Background in medical imaging, diagnostic software, or healthcare AI.
  • Spanish proficiency
