Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and data-driven Vice President of Growth to lead our demand generation strategy and execution, and drive new business pipeline creation across key markets and verticals. This executive will be responsible for orchestrating targeted physical and digital campaigns that engage prospects and convert interest into opportunity. From localized and regional events to digital-first programs, this role blends creativity, analytics, and execution to drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will partner closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams to ensure we’re building awareness, generating high-quality leads, and fueling sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on net-new business pipeline growth across physical and digital channels.
· Serve as a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Regional teams to align strategy, share insights, and co-execute programs.
· Plan and execute targeted regional campaigns tailored to the needs, behaviors, and trends of specific markets and industries.
· Lead the development of regional and local field events, executive briefings, and partner activations that support sales objectives
· Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and value proposition delivery.
· Define and own KPIs across all demand generation and growth initiatives, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
· Regularly report on performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
· Build, evolve and lead a high-performing growth marketing team with expertise across digital, events, regional strategy, and analytics.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
· 15+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving new business pipelines at scale.
· Deep experience creating and executing multi-channel demand gen strategies, including digital, events, ABX, and outbound campaigns.
· Demonstrated ability to build pipeline in key markets and verticals, adapting strategies to regional nuances and customer segments.
· Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions, measure success, and optimize campaign performance.
· Proven collaborator and partner to Sales, with experience aligning on shared goals, lead quality, and handoff processes.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
· Experience in marketing to public safety, law enforcement, or federal government clients- advantage.
