Job Overview:

The Vice President, Go To Market Enablement role will be responsible for designing and leading the strategy and process for bringing new products, services, and changes to market. The role will work cross functionally across the organization and serves as the connective tissue between the business units – aligning priorities, removing silos, and ensuring that all teams are enabled and equipped to execute with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a scalable and repeatable go live and readiness strategy that outlines how teams collectively bring offerings to market and execute at a high level

  • Working cross functionally to ensure proper go live planning and execution for the optimal client experience.

  • Act as a central point of coordination across product/ technology, marketing, operations, service, and success management teams to align timing, messaging, readiness, and delivery of strategic initiatives

  • Enable teams for execution, helping them bring changes and products to market consistently and successfully

  • Identify dependencies, risks, assess impact, and ensure alignment across initiatives to ensure go live is executed with the proper client and internal experience

  • Establish mechanisms to track progress, accountability, and transparency across teams. Report out to senior leadership on status, risks, and impact

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, and execute strategic plans.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple business units without direct authority.

  • Experience building scalable processes and operating models in a complex or matrixed environment

  • Strong organizational, change management, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experienced self-starter who can manage projects independently, a good sense of prioritization and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

  • Self-driven individual with high level of motivation, positive attitude, commitment to excellence and integrity, and ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data, evaluate business opportunities within the context of the larger organization, influencing leadership based by presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner

  • Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage and present materials to our business leaders and clients across all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leaders, including developing, presenting, and gaining approval on any business cases

  • Strong consensus-builder who drives change across initiatives with a history of delivering across cross-functional teams and business leaders to develop, execute, and implement strategies across business model

Pay Range:

$130,988-$218,313/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
