The VP of Franchise Sales is responsible for driving franchise sales growth, managing the sales process, negotiating agreements, and maintaining relationships with franchisees.
POSITION SUMMARY
Important company leader in the field of entertainment, leisure, tourism, hotel, and restaurant consultant services is looking for a Vice President in the franchise sales.
The VP of Franchise Sales will be responsible to drive the franchise sales growth for select companies brands in the United States and lead the franchise sales process from lead generation to contract. The VP of Franchise Sales will be critical to the identification and assessment of prospective franchise partners, selling franchises and growing the company’s overall footprint.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop, maintain, and lead the Company’s ongoing license and franchise leads from start to finish including marketing collateral (in conjunction with PR and Marketing departments), sales process (including the creation and framework of lead generation, application review, candidate vetting, LOI and franchisee/license agreements, discovery day agenda and collateral).
- Negotiate traditional and non-traditional agreements, area development and master franchise agreements from LOI to long form.
- Lead discovery days, candidate interviews, and franchise/license awards.
- Maintain relationships with existing licensees/franchisees.
- Ensure license/franchise standards are maintained, and other duties commensurate with the position.
- Coordinate the timely execution of approval and authorization documents.
- Continually source prospective licensees/franchisees.
- Quickly develop rapport and trust with potential licensees/franchisees.
- Coordinate all tasks to see each project through to timely completion.
- Communicate status and report progress regularly.
- Source and screen license/franchise prospects.
- Negotiate license/franchise deals.
- Take license/franchise prospects from application to license/franchise agreement execution.
- Presentation of financial analyses and business opportunities in clear and understandable terms to the Earl Enterprises leadership as well as third parties.
- Review and monitor franchise disclosure agreement, fee adjustments and/or modifications to license agreements and makes recommendations to Earl Enterprises leadership.
- Performs related tasks as assigned.
