Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Finance to join our executive team and help lead Paper through its next chapter of growth. This role is ideal for a player-coach who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, brings strong FP&A and operational finance chops, and is energized by the opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven business.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and board to steer the company’s financial strategy, optimize performance, and ensure we have the systems, insights, and discipline to scale with excellence. You’ll lead a lean, high-leverage team while staying close to the numbers yourself. And you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as we innovate with AI to deliver more personalized, scalable student support. If you’re excited by the opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact on a company that’s reshaping education for millions of students—this role is for you.
This role reports to the CEO and is fully remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
