Healthcare quality is declining and soaring costs are crushing American families and businesses. At Garner, we’ve developed a revolutionary approach to evaluating doctor performance and a unique incentive model that's reshaping the healthcare economy to ensure everyone can afford high quality care. By providing organizations relief from surging healthcare costs, we've experienced rapid adoption in the market and have more than doubled our revenue annually over the last 5 years, becoming the fastest growing company in our space. To support our continued growth, we're expanding our team by over 50% each year, seeking exceptional talent to shape our unique, award winning culture (for example, USA Today Top Workplaces 2025) designed to cultivate teamwork, trust, autonomy, exceptional results, and individual growth that creates an inflection point in your career.

About the role:

We are looking for a VP of Events to join our team. In this role, you will build a differentiated event platform that showcases Garner’s thought leadership and deepens engagement with our key audiences. You'll partner with the broader Marketing team, Sales, and Product to turn event moments into pipeline growth, customer success touchpoints, and brand amplification. You'll also establish an operational model that consistently delivers exceptional quality, exceeds event KPIs, and scales with Garner’s rapid growth.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:
  • Own the end-to-end event strategy, calendar, and budget for all of our marketing events
  • Define event OKRs and measure results; drive continuous improvement based on data and attendee feedback
  • Develop playbooks and vendor management frameworks that ensure consistent high quality experience, execution, and outcome
  • Curate speakers, agendas, and experiences that reinforce Garner’s leadership in healthcare cost transformation
  • Collaborate with our Revenue team to translate event engagement into qualified pipeline and customer expansion
What you will bring to the team:
  • 8+ years leading large-scale, high-impact event programs for high-growth B2B companies; healthcare experience a plus
  • Demonstrated success exceeding event KPIs for pipeline, revenue attribution, and attendee satisfaction
  • Mastery of modern event tech, exceptional project management skills, and extreme attention to detail
  • Strong budget management and contract negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence
Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $194,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
