What We DoThis role oversees the entire Early Buy Out (EBO) process to ensure flawless execution of EBO programs for ServiceMac clients
This is a cross functional role and it is crucial to understand the requirements of the GSEs related to early buyouts (loan mods and discretionary). As part of the management team for ServiceMac, you will participate in strategy and implementation meetings and discussions to support the the EBO process. The goal is to monitor the end to end process for early buyouts, report on successes of the collective teams and suggest improvements for support teams to consider.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop strategies to support the over EBO process
  • Collaborate with across teams to execute the program
  • Effectively manage internal and external processes to support the goals of GSE compliance and client loan redelivery.
  •  Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives, activities, and practices that enhance the overall effectiveness of the entire organization
  • Create and execute on strategic plans
  • Operate within expense and program budgets

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years demonstrated management skills of a large and complex group
  • Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on strategic plans
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change
  • Demonstrated success and a proven history of meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources
  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the successful execution of multiple complex projects
  • Advanced knowledge of specialized field and integrates the working knowledge of other specialized disciplines including investor reporting.
  • Progressive experience in leading with employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions
  • Possesses excellent problem solving, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills
  • Results oriented with excellent time management and project management skills, and must be highly organized and driven to succeed
  • Excellent leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential

Salary Range: $114,625 - $152,825 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
