This is a role for a builder and innovator—someone who thrives at the intersection of pipeline accountability and customer experience design.

  • Shape the future of digital demand generation: From paid search and social to emerging channels and AI-powered digital experiences, you’ll lead the programs that bring customers into the funnel and accelerate pipeline.
  • Elevate our digital experience: You’ll ensure CrowdStrike.com and our digital properties deliver world-class design, personalization, and conversion optimization. Every interaction should be seamless, intuitive, and impactful.
  • Turn data into growth: You’ll set the standard for analytics, attribution, and insights that drive smarter decisions and maximize ROI.
  • Inspire and lead: You’ll empower a talented team of marketers, strategists, and digital experts to push boundaries, innovate, and continuously improve.
  • Build, lead, and inspire global teams across performance marketing, digital experience, and web strategy.
  • Develop the overarching digital roadmap that drives pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Revenue Marketing to ensure alignment on business objectives and go-to-market priorities.
  • Own paid digital programs (search, social, display, programmatic, emerging channels) to drive inbound demand and pipeline contribution.
  • Scale integrated digital campaigns that balance lead capture, nurture, and account-based engagement.
  • Establish a framework for ROI measurement, attribution, and optimization across the funnel.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for CrowdStrike.com and related digital properties, ensuring they deliver best-in-class user experience, personalization, and conversion optimization.
  • Oversee SEO, site architecture, and content optimization to maximize visibility and inbound traffic.
  • Implement continuous testing and experimentation (A/B, multivariate, personalization) to enhance digital engagement and performance.
  • Partner with Data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure digital campaigns and experiences are supported by the right marketing technology stack and analytics infrastructure.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and IT to build a best in class AI-powered digital experience technology strategy.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to accelerate conversion and improve efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and customer expectations, including generative and agentic AI.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, testing, and data-informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in both pipeline generation and digital experiences.

What You'll Need

  • A seasoned digital and growth leader with 15+ years experience in a B2C company with an e-commerce or other digital growth engine, or an innovative B2B SaaS company with a strong inbound digital strategy.
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through digital channels at global scale.
  • Deep digital and growth expertise including performance marketing, SEO, web strategy, and digital experience optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in marketing automation, attribution, and analytics.
  • A collaborative, inspiring leader who can set a strategic vision while rolling up sleeves to execute.
