- Provide executive oversight for core consumer surfaces, including search, browse, listing details, saved homes and searches, notifications, and account experiences.
- Drive search, recommendations, and personalization capabilities that help consumers find the right home faster and with greater confidence.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to bring advanced AI capabilities into the consumer experience, creating more intuitive, conversational, and personalized ways to explore homes.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality, performant, and accessible experience across all consumer platforms and touchpoints.

- Own key consumer outcomes, including audience growth, engagement, retention, and conversion, establishing clear goals, measurement frameworks, and accountability.
- Lead a rigorous, data-driven experimentation culture, leveraging A/B testing, analytics, and consumer research to inform decisions and continuously optimize the experience.
- Partner with product, sales, and go-to-market teams to optimize connections between consumers and real estate brokers/agents, driving value for consumers, professionals, and the business.
Cross-Functional & Strategic Leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Content, and Commercial teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.
- Present product strategy, performance insights, and experimental results to executive leadership and key stakeholders to inform cross-functional planning.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of product leaders and product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession.
