Regional Program Lead – JLL

What this job involves: As a Regional Program Lead at JLL, you will oversee and coordinate construction, development, and service support activities within the Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic region. This pivotal role involves managing a regional team and aligning with regional client counterparts to foster innovation and drive program success, with particular emphasis on Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) construction experience and passion for innovation. You'll be responsible for ensuring programmatic alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Managing and coordinating construction, development, and service support programs across the Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic region
  • Overseeing regional construction and development projects while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Managing regional service support teams and activities while implementing and maintaining service level agreements
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with regional client representatives and collaborating on strategic initiatives
  • Identifying and proposing innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leading and mentoring regional program teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Providing regular updates to senior management and clients on program status, risks, and achievements
  • Managing regional program budgets and resources while optimizing allocation for maximum efficiency
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Working closely with other regional leads, central teams, and support functions on cross-regional initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in construction, development, entitlements, and real estate, particularly within the QSR industry
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate innovation into program delivery
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with innovation while ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required within the region (expect 20-25% travel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in relevant field
  • Experience with service level agreement implementation and management
  • Background in risk management strategy development and implementation
  • Knowledge of local regulations and company standards compliance
  • Experience developing comprehensive program reports and analytics
  • Track record of contributing to company-wide best practices development
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives

Location: Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic region

Estimated compensation for this position:

124,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
