Job Summary
Responsible for generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling or lead generation, which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of Comcast Business Services and its product offerings. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Core Responsibilities
Consistently meet and exceed on goals commensurate with job level to include high close ratios, incrementally higher revenue, and multi-product business solutions sell in.
Focus on new acquisition in small and medium business segment to include advanced product sales.
Prepare sales documentation for advanced products; work with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams to complete customer solution design and implementation.
Assist sales customers digitally, via Chat, to complete transactions using the web portal interface.
Maintain and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously to assist sales customers with order entry and sales questions.
Provide testing and feedback to assist with deployment and adoption of new products, incentives, systems, and other changes into the sales channel.
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized business to new and existing customers.
Meet and exceed all assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience scorecard metrics.
Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
Consult with business customers on their business application, solicit referrals for potential new prospects, and close web leads.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

National Pay Range: $15.00 USD-$29.68 USD Illinois Pay Range: $15.94 USD - $26.12 USD Colorado Pay Range: $16.88 USD - $27.31 USD Hawaii Pay Range: $19.69 USD - $24.93 USD Washington DC Pay Range: $21.57 USD - $27.31 USD Maryland Pay Range: $17.82 USD - $27.31 USD Minnesota Pay Range: $16.88 USD - $24.93 USD New York Pay Range: $17.82 USD - $29.68 USD Washington Pay Range: $16.88 USD - $28.49 USD New Jersey Pay Range: $18.75 USD - $28.49 USD Vermont Pay Range: $17.82 USD - $23.75 USD Massachusetts Pay Range: $18.75 USD - $28.49 USD California Pay Range: $16.88 USD - $27.60
