Make outbound cold calls and follow up leads to sell Comcast Business Internet, Voice, TV and Mobile to small and mid-size businesses. Manage pipeline and prospect database, meet quotas and customer experience metrics, resolve issues, escalate complex opportunities to field teams, and work variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Outbound sales role generating monthly revenue through cold calling and lead follow-up to acquire small and mid-sized business customers for Comcast Business products. Manage pipeline, multi-product solution selling (Internet, Voice, TV, advanced products), coordinate with Sales Engineering and Project Management, assist customers via chat and web portal, and meet sales quotas and customer experience metrics. Requires sales cycle management, funnel and CRM management, and availability for variable schedules including nights and weekends.

Phone-based account manager focused on retaining and growing existing business customers through outbound calls, solution selling, proposals, CRM documentation, meeting sales quotas, and resolving customer issues.
