The Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative, operational, and customer support services to ensure efficient business operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
* Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
* Maintain databases, records, and filing systems.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
* Conduct online research and compile information.
* Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
* Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat.
* Manage data entry and administrative tasks.
* Support special projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
