We're Looking For A: Videographer/Video Editor who will be responsible for creating compelling short and long-form marketing videos employing effective storytelling techniques to promote online product sales. The Videographer/Editor will collaborate closely with Producers to meticulously capture high-quality video and audio content during shoots, subsequently refining and assembling the footage into polished and engaging final videos.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collaborating with studio lighting, professional DSLR(s), and top-notch microphones.
  • Capturing footage in diverse settings, including public spaces and a compact studio/office.
  • Handling equipment transportation, setup, and teardown.
  • Editing video content to achieve the final polished product.
  • Delivering outstanding content with visually captivating elements to captivate viewers.
  • Executing product photography, transforming raw images into final edits using Lightroom & Photoshop.
  • Producing videos for various purposes such as product reviews, launches, campaigns/promotions, vlogs, social media short clips, and more.
  • Frequently engaged in off-site productions and various errands outside the office.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
  • Possess a discerning eye for cinematography, product shooting, and editing, aiming to consistently surpass current performance standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working autonomously, adept at handling all aspects of video production from pre-production to final delivery.
  • Physically capable of handling the weight of camera and audio equipment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment, ensuring effective performance.
  • Acknowledge the entrepreneurial nature of building a new business and adapt accordingly.
  • Familiarity with archiving techniques, digital workflows, and digital asset management.
  • Exhibit maturity and collaborative communication skills in both one-on-one interactions and team environments.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Film Production or related fields preferred.
  • 2 years of experience shooting and editing in a production environment. 4 years of experience preferred.
  • Travelling required; Approx. 25%

The base salary range is $72,300-$96,400, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
