We are looking for a technically skilled and creatively driven Videographer to join our Marketing team. This role will be central to developing and delivering compelling video content across digital, social, and event platforms—ranging from social-first campaigns and educational explainers to corporate brand films and event coverage.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, knowledgeable about the latest production gear and techniques, and capable of delivering polished, impactful content in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be involved in every stage of the video process—pre-production, filming, and editing —collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and external partners to bring our brand to life through high-quality content.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content for a wide range of formats and platforms, with a focus on social media, educational content, and internal/external marketing campaigns
  • Operate a variety of professional camera systems, lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment—both in studio and on location
  • Cover and capture live events and interviews with a documentary-style approach and a keen editorial eye
  • Travel with production gear as needed to capture video content on location, including at live events and in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
  • Edit videos with clean cuts, audio, color, motion graphics, and other post elements that meet brand standards and enhance storytelling
  • Work within Adobe Creative Cloud—primarily Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder—to produce content optimized for platform and audience
  • Stay up to date on trends in video, gear, and digital content delivery to continuously elevate CAIS’ video capabilities
  • Partner closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to align on messaging, tone, and objectives for each video project
  • Contribute ideas for creative concepts, shot lists, and video strategies that support broader brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, with a strong reel or portfolio demonstrating both production and editing work
  • Expert knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment, with the ability to shoot confidently in both controlled and on-the-fly scenarios.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder); DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of codecs, resolutions, color grading, frame rates, and modern digital workflows
  • Motion graphics skills and familiarity with animation are a major plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and collaborator—able to receive feedback, work across departments, and stay cool under pressure
  • Curiosity for the latest gear, trends, and techniques in video production and content creation
