This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Video Editor (AI Focus) to own, rebuild, and scale their Video Sales Letter (VSL) production pipeline using AI-first workflows. This is a full-time, 100% remote role designed for someone who thinks in systems, understands marketing logic, and enjoys turning complex, slow processes into fast, repeatable machines.

They operate in a performance-driven digital business environment and have spent the past few years refining scalable marketing systems and experimenting with advanced automation to increase speed and output efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize an AI-heavy VSL production workflow from end to end.

  • Transform a long, manual video creation process into a modular, rapid sprint.

  • Edit and assemble VSLs using AI-generated video, voiceovers, and assets.

  • Design reusable templates and systems for fast VSL iteration and scaling.

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align videos with conversion goals.

  • Continuously test, document, and improve AI-based video processes.



Requirements
  • Proven experience editing VSLs or direct-response marketing videos.

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion-focused content.

  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI voiceover tools.

  • Ability to think in systems, workflows, and modular processes.

  • High level of autonomy, focus, and comfort working independently.

  • Availability for a full-time commitment.

Qualifications
  • Background as a video editor, video engineer, or similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and automate complex production workflows.

  • Analytical and structured mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working with evolving tools, experiments, and rapid iteration.
