Our Newest Opportunity:
Summary:
This role is responsible for refining and operationalizing the sales infrastructure that supports OneDigital’s Wealth division. Building on existing foundation across the broader organization, this individual will tailor revenue growth strategies, clarify business levers, and ensure that advisors and local leaders understand how to meet their goals using the tools and platform available. By translating organic growth objectives into advisor-specific plans, this person will help the business measure what matters, support what works, and adjust what doesn’t. Success will come from creating clarity—around targets, tools, and trade-offs—then helping the field align execution to those strategic goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Refine and Maintain Sales Infrastructure and Planning Framework
Tailor the foundational systems that support revenue planning—such as segmentation models, baseline AUM, expected outflows, and new business targets—to meet the specific needs of the Wealth division.
Shape a repeatable planning approach rooted in field realities and grounded in consistent assumptions.
Translate enterprise and division-wide growth objectives into actionable goals at the advisor and office level.
Develop planning assumptions based on advisor capacity, market opportunity, and territory nuances.
Ensure these frameworks are ready to plug into business planning cycles and scalable across offices.
Support and Activate Local Growth Strategies
Engage directly with advisors and office leaders to contextualize sales goals within their unique market dynamics.
Build trust and credibility through regular in-person visits, strategic problem-solving, and clear communication.
Serve as a thought partner to local leaders by identifying gaps, removing obstacles, and clarifying execution paths.
Use pilots and local feedback loops to test new ideas and refine the broader strategy through real-world learning.
Clarify Execution Levers and Align Support Teams
Help the field understand and apply key levers—such as referral handoffs, client segmentation, CRM pipeline tools, and lead utilization.
Translate high-level strategy into practical actions that align with how advisors actually operate.
Partner with the Platform Engagement team to align on advisor expectations, CRM workflows, and reporting structure.
Use adoption and readiness insights to prioritize the right tools and ensure alignment across offices.
Shape resources, frameworks, and field-facing playbooks that are easy to apply and consistently understood.
Establish Growth Accountability and Drive Continuous Improvement
Define what good looks like by crafting KPIs, dashboard views, and performance metrics tailored to regional and advisor-level execution.
Monitor progress, surface red flags early, and bring forward insights that inform timely intervention.
Convene working groups of advisors and leaders to assess what's working, what’s unclear, and where support needs to evolve.
Apply lessons from these groups to refine the strategy, adjust the tools, and clarify the process.
Ensure the growth approach remains adaptive—always evolving alongside the needs of the business and the realities of the field.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years in financial services, with a focus on advisor-driven growth strategy or field performance optimization
Must be licensed to enable registration as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors: Series 65, Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) or Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®)
Experience translating enterprise-level business goals into measurable, field-executable plans
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build models, assumptions, and performance targets
