IKS Health is transforming the way provider organizations manage the administrative and clinical complexities of care delivery. Our Care Enablement Platform blends advanced AI-powered automation with deep human expertise to relieve administrative burdens, improve clinical workflows, and drive financial sustainability; so clinicians can get back to what they do best.

The Vice President of Solutions – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will be responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs of our existing and potential clients. This is a consultative sales support function that aims to match client requirements with appropriate IKS solutions that help the clients and IKS meet their respective goals. The Vice President of Solutions will work closely with the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions and other IKS teams (including our sales team, product management team, and delivery team), to develop the right solutions that meet client requirements, and are also technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive, and that the customer will be willing to buy. This is a critical function, since each customer engagement may be worth millions of dollars over the contract term, and success or failure in designing the right solution could lead to huge financial gains or losses, even leading to termination of contract and loss of our reputation. The position may involve frequent travel within the US, as well as to India.

The Vice President of Solutions is also expected to participate in assessment studies and consulting engagements (usually at the client’s offices) with prospective clients prior to starting work for them. As an illustration, IKS recently started work for a large health system that was struggling to hire and retain people to bill and collect their claims cost-effectively while also investing in new areas such as population health management. IKS conducted an assessment study for the client at their billing offices and corporate office to understand their current RCM structure and their goals. We then created a Revenue Optimization solution where IKS took over the entire revenue cycle function and took responsibility for delivering 35% cost savings, 2% sustainable revenue upsides, and 40% reduction in Accounts Receivable Days.

Essential:

12+ years in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles in healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with at least 5 years at a Director Level.

Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, i.e. conducting assessment studies, writing reports, etc.

Ability to coach, support, and supervise team members.

Innovative thinking, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Domestic travel—approximately 60% of the time, or 3 to 4 days per week.

Desirable:

Experience in taking a new product or service to the market in the US healthcare industry.

Experience in healthcare workflow optimization or performance improvement.

Experience with healthcare technology implementation, technology development, etc.

Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA or MPH.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $170-$210k.  Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc.   IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).   IKS Health is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.Equal Opportunity Employer
