JOB DESCRIPTION:

The VP of Sales and Marketing works with the President to lead strategy and execution of ATI's Sales Management, Sales Training, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, National Businesses Development, and Marketing functions to promote sales and marketing excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, all well as all brand and PR functions.   

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Manage and direct the sales, business development, sales operations, and marketing organizations to drive revenue and EBITDA 

  • Drive Demand and Lead Generation through the appropriate channels to support new membership growth. 

  • Support content utilization to increase current member retention and program longevity.   

  • Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and guide ATI corporate strategy 

  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and report out those metrics to leadership 

  • Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 

  • Work cross functionally with the CFD team to ensure proper collaboration of product and marketing launches, as well as obtaining market insights. 

  • Help steward the brand and public relations of ATI to expand our awareness and standing in the market  

  • Manage all forms of sales compensation for the above departments to ensure alignment with annual goals and targets. 

  • Help analyze market competitiveness, pricing, sales incentive plans, and product and channel strategy. 

  • Improve utilization of current partnerships to elevate ATI’s leadership position within our marketshare of the industry. 

 

Skills / Requirements: 

  • VPs of Sales and Marketing should have strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.  

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills including report creation and executive level presentation skills. 

  • They should also have in-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. 

  • Excellent cross functional leadership and communication skills required. 

  • Deep experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, PowerPoint, Excel and similar software is required. 

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or finance is required. 

  • A master's degree in marketing or business is optimal but not required.  

  • Seven to ten (7 - 10) years of related experience in a senior-level marketing (VP/Director or CMO) or sales management role (VP/Director or CRO) with an extensive knowledge of the nuances of sales and marketing functions. 

  • Knowledge of the automotive repair industry is strongly preferred.

$158,600.00 - $283,300.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
