Job Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to lead our Financial Services Division (FSD) Preferred Clients FinTech Vertical sales team. You will be responsible for a team of Client Executives and will report to the SVP Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze and anticipate FinTech market dynamics to identify high‑value opportunities, emerging client needs, and industry trends that fuel accelerated revenue growth.
  • Drive high‑impact, consistent C‑suite engagement that strengthens executive relationships, elevates client satisfaction, ensures exceptional retention, and unlocks meaningful expansion across our portfolio.
  • Champion and operationalize the Preferred sales channel strategy, translating key principles into actionable, repeatable practices that maximize performance and top‑line results.
  • Design, implement, and enforce a disciplined sales operating model—including processes, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms—that propels the team to exceed annual revenue and productivity goals.
  • Create a high‑energy, high‑performance sales culture through proactive leadership, coaching, and skill‑building that accelerates individual success, fosters continuous improvement, and inspires collective wins.
  • Partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Credentialing to streamline the path to revenue, improve client and salesperson experience, and remove barriers that slow deal velocity.
  • Build a forward‑looking talent strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top sales talent—cultivating a deep bench of high-potential leaders ready to scale with the business.
  • Maintain real‑time intelligence on competitor actions, market shifts, and innovation to inform strategy, refine value propositions, and stay ahead of disruptive forces that influence growth.

Qualifications

  • BS / BA Degree required
  • 5+ years successful sales leadership experience
  • History of exceeding performance targets
  • A network of important executive contacts within the FinTech industry segment
  • Understanding of credit services, decision analytics, credit decisioning, and credit scoring applications
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with all clients
  • Manage key strategic initiatives
  • Work with senior level executives
  • Consult with internal and external partners at all levels
  • Create and communicate proper expectations
  • Willingness to travel
