About Echo Base

Echo Base is a privately funded investment platform focused on special situations and strategic opportunities within the digital asset ecosystem. We acquire, finance, and build companies where our operational expertise and capital can unlock outsized value. Our team combines institutional investment discipline with crypto-native insight to identify and execute on complex opportunities across the industry’s most dynamic segments.

The Role

We’re seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to design and lead the revenue architecture across Echo Base and its portfolio.

This executive will align product, finance, and operational systems to drive sustainable growth, own full portfolio P&L performance, and ensure each asset operates to its highest potential.

You will oversee revenue systems, monetization models, and post-acquisition integration — operating at the intersection of data, execution, and strategic finance. This is a performance-critical role built for a disciplined operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full P&L accountability for all portfolio assets, including revenue growth, cost discipline, and margin optimization.
  • Lead operational and financial integration of acquired businesses, embedding unified systems and reporting structures.
  • Align Product, Engineering, and Business leaders around portfolio-level growth and value-creation targets.
  • Translate investment theses into measurable operating plans with quarterly KPIs and clear financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to track performance against underwriting models and capital efficiency goals.
  • Build and mentor high-performance teams that deliver measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership, including 3+ in RevOps, commercial strategy, or portfolio operations.
  • Proven success owning P&L across complex, multi-asset businesses or holding-company structures.
  • Product Operations experience highly preferred, ability to translate product usage into monetization strategy.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure models; crypto or Web3 familiarity a plus.
  • Advanced command of revenue data systems (CRM, analytics, forecasting, automation).
  • Experience leading KPI management, budgets, and capital allocation across multiple units.
  • Low-ego, high-output operator with a track record of owning outcomes in lean environments.
  • M&A integration or portfolio-value-creation background strongly preferred.
