Job Description:
Anomali is seeking a transformative product leader to define and execute the company-wide Agentic AI strategy across our Threat Intelligence, Security Analytics, and Autonomous SOC platforms.
This executive will own the vision, roadmap, and commercialization of AI-driven capabilities across the entire portfolio — positioning Anomali as the market leader in autonomous, AI-native security operations.
This is a strategic, enterprise-impact role responsible for AI innovation, revenue growth, product transformation, and cross-functional alignment at the highest levels of the organization.
You will lead the company-wide integration of AI into the Anomali platform, ensuring AI capabilities are production-ready, reliable and secure.
This role requires deep technical fluency in AI/ML systems — including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and model evaluation — combined with executive-level product leadership and business ownership.
You will define how autonomous AI transforms SOC workflows, threat detection, triage, response automation, and analyst decision support at enterprise scale.
You will work closely with platform product leadership, Engineering, Data Science, and Security Research teams to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and guide the development of an autonomous SOC+ product that automates threat detection, triage, response, and analyst decision support at scale.
This is a hands-on, high-impact, strategic product role, combining technical fluency, operational understanding, and strategic vision to help shape the future of autonomous AI in enterprise security.
Key Responsibilities:
o AI-Driven Product Strategy: Collaborate and define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for autonomous SOC+ features, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities, SOC workflows, and customer needs.
o Technical Requirements & Architecture Input: Translate AI research into scalable, production-grade features, including agentic AI workflows, automated triage, alert prioritization, threat detection, and multi-agent orchestration.
o Model Evaluation & Reliability: Partner with evaluation and reliability teams to define SLIs/SLOs, performance KPIs, and operational guardrails for autonomous AI systems.
o Workflow Translation: Map SOC analyst and incident response workflows to AI automation opportunities while ensuring usability, explainability, traceability, and auditability.
o Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security Research, UX, and GTM teams to drive feature prioritization, validate technical feasibility, and ensure production readiness. Ensure AI capabilities are embedded across the full Anomali platform.
Guide architecture decisions related to agentic AI, orchestration, RAG, and automation.
Partner with external AI innovation partners and ecosystem vendors to accelerate capabilities.
o Thought Leadership & Industry Presence:. Represent Anomali’s AI strategy with customers, analysts (Gartner/Forrester etc), investors, and industry events.
Shape the category narrative around autonomous security operations.
Engage directly with CISOs and executive stakeholders to validate roadmap direction.
