We are seeking a Vice President, Product, API and Marketplace to drive our strategic partnership initiatives, expand our developer ecosystem, and lead our marketplace growth. This executive leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform strategy, scaling our API ecosystem, and creating new revenue levers through strategic collaborations. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, this role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to establish ServiceTitan as the centerpiece of the Trades Economy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Business Development Strategy: Define and drive a scalable partnership strategy that expands ServiceTitan’s market presence and creates new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the ServiceTitan Marketplace & Developer Ecosystem: Own the vision and execution of a thriving app marketplace and API-driven ecosystem that delivers value to customers, partners, and developers.
  • Build & Scale Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that enhance our platform capabilities, drive API adoption, and create win-win opportunities for all stakeholders.
  • Drive API & Platform Monetization: Develop and oversee API monetization strategies, ensuring balanced accessibility and competitive safeguarding to foster innovation while protecting core business interests.
  • Operate with a GM Mindset: Approach the role with a holistic, business-owner mentality, balancing customer needs, monetization opportunities, operational efficiency, and long-term product scalability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and long-term success.
  • Champion Partner & Customer Experience: Advocate for partners, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the integration lifecycle while continuously optimizing our marketplace and API offerings.
  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and empower a team of professionals to drive execution, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or platform leadership within a SaaS, marketplace, or API-driven business.
  • Deep expertise in platform ecosystems & API strategy, with a proven track record of scaling developer programs, app marketplaces, or technology partnerships.
  • Strong GM mindset, with the ability to think like a business owner, ensuring that partnership initiatives drive sustainable revenue, market expansion, and customer success.
  • Strong negotiation & deal-making skills, with experience structuring complex partnership agreements that drive revenue and long-term business value.
  • Technical fluency in APIs and an understanding of how developer ecosystems drive innovation and scalability.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate across R&D, Legal, Finance, Sales, and C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Execution excellence & strategic problem-solving, with the ability to balance speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Customer & partner-focused mindset, ensuring that all partnership initiatives align with customer needs and drive measurable impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $295,800 USD - $369,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
