    • Workforce planning and organizational design support
    • Leadership transitions and succession discussions
  • Ensure consistent application of People programs, policies, and practices.

Execution & Change Support

  • Partner closely with People COEs to deliver solutions that are practical, timely, and aligned to business needs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, operating model adjustments, and leadership changes.
  • Use data, insights, and experience to inform decisions and guide leader conversations.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.

Requirements:

  • People Business Partner experience in complex, fast-paced organizations
  • HR generalist background, including employee relations, performance management, and change support
  • Experience partnering with COEs (Compensation, Talent, L&D, Communications)
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or sales-driven environments preferred

Core Competencies:

  • A pragmatic People Business Partner who can balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating in current-state complexity while contributing to People Team evolution
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive employee issues with discretion and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated curiosity and openness to AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in how they can evolve the businesses we support and improve how the People team works. Willing to explore, experiment, and adopt AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, insights, and manager support—while applying sound judgment around data privacy, risk, and responsible use.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office
  • Limited travel (5–10%)
